Showing Small Icons in Start Menu

Start menu, task bar tricks

Automatically hiding Task Bar

There is a typical option which helps the user to automatically hide and unhide the task bar. When it is used, Windows hides the task bar and displays it back automatically when we move the mouse pointer to the task bar's place. To enable automatic taskbar hiding, turn ON "Auto Hide" option from "Taskbar and Start Menu Properties" Window.
If you want to disable automatic taskbar hiding, turn OFF "Auto Hide" option from "Taskbar and Start Menu Properties" Window. Note : Some times dragging taskbar may hide your taskbar which looks like Auto hidden, but if this is the case, you should only drag it to show it. Auto hide is useless in such cases.
